TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.
CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES
Sentimental Pretty is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping.
INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
If your items are sent back to us because of an invalid or insufficient address we will refund the order, but any shipping charges used to purchase your shipping label will not be refunded. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. Sentimental Pretty is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS. You will have to reach out directly to USPS to open a missing package claim with them. We have no visibility on your package after it is shipped.
